Помогите исправить кмд giverank

Доброй ночи,дело такое,вот у меня есть кмд выдачи рангов,с выдачей рангов должен выдаваться так же скин.но он не выдается,не могли бы вы мне помочь,в чем тут проблема,почему функция выдачи скина не срабатывает?

 решил переделать кмд и вот что получилось но у меня есть пару проблем можете их решить помочь? вот ошибки,а вот кмд которую я переделал в ней и есть ошибки
