Основная причина именно в этом

[11:17:03]   Failed (libmysqlclient_r.so.15: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)

Но также обрати внимание и на

[11:17:03]   Failed (plugins/crp.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)
[11:17:03]  Loading plugin: dc_cmd.so
[11:17:03]   Failed (plugins/dc_cmd.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)

1. Когда запускаешь серв на хостинге с MySQL, подключай не mysql.so, a mysql_static.so

2. Ошибки, потому что эти плагины не найдены в директории (папка plugins)

А Как Подключить MSQL_STATIC? Я Просто Вообще Не Понимаю.
